在构建数字贸易发展水平测度指标体系的基础上,采用时空极差熵权法赋权数字贸易发展水平指数并综合运用基尼系数、泰尔指数和σ收敛模型比较和分析全国及各省数字贸易发展水平现状、趋势和区域差异。研究表明:全国和各个省份的数字贸易发展水平均有一定程度的提高,整体不平衡但有收敛趋势;省级层面的数字贸易发展趋势分别呈现出持续攀升型、N型和倒V型的变化;数字贸易发展呈现区域差异性主要源于区域间差异,主要来自数字人才储备和物流环境的区域差异性。据此,应在改善数字贸易基础上持续发力,统筹推进基础设施建设;大力培养数字人才,促进数字与产业双向融合,增强贸易潜力;发挥政府主导作用,为我国数字贸易发展增添动力。

Based on the construction of an indicator system for measuring the development level of digital trade,the spatiotemporal range entropy weight method was used to weigh the development level index of digital trade,and the Gini coefficient,Thiel index,andσConvergence models were adopted to compare and analyze the current situation,trends,and regional differences in the development level of digital trade of China in general and each province.The research showed that the development level of digital trade of China in general and each province has improved to a certain extent,with an overall imbalance but a trend of convergence.The development trend of digital trade at the provincial level showed a continuous upward trend,an N-shaped trend,and an inverted V-shaped trend.The regional differences in the development of digital trade mainly stemmed from interregional differences,mainly from regional differences in digital talent reserves and logistics environments.Accordingly,we should continue to make efforts based on improving digital trade and comprehensively promote infrastructure construction,vigorously cultivate digital talents,promote two-way integration of digital and industry,enhance trade potential and give play to the leading role of the government to add impetus to the development of China's digital trade.
