新时代中外合作大学学生发展质量的混合研究 被引量:2

A Mixed Study on the Quality of Student Development in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Universities in the New Era

摘要 在新时代新发展格局背景下,提高高校国际化人才自主培养能力,推动高等教育高质量发展成为重要的时代诉求。中外合作大学学生的高质量输出吸引了社会各界的目光,学生发展现状及其特点值得关注。文章基于6所样本高校的混合方法研究勾勒出“通识教育、知识技能、个人社会性发展”的中外合作大学学生发展群像素描,发现新时代中外合作大学学生发展三个维度具有一致性,高质量发展具有认同性,学生发展核心能力具有独特性,不同合作背景的中外合作大学学生发展具有差异性。中外合作大学要通过优劣势分析,整合境内外优质教育资源,坚持以生为本理念,紧抓特色核心能力培塑,完善符合新时代要求的评价机制,促进学生全面且有特色的更高质量发展。 Under the background of the new era and new development pattern,improving the ability of universities to independently cultivate international talents and promoting high-quality development of higher education has become an important demand of the times.The high-quality development of students from Sino-foreign cooperative universities has attracted the attention of various sectors of society,and the current development status and characteristics of students are worth paying attention to.This paper outlines a group portrait sketch of student development in Sino-foreign cooperative universities based on a mixed-method study of six sample universities,which includes“general education,knowledge and skills,and personal social development”.It is found that the three dimensions of student development in Sino-foreign cooperative universities in the new era are consistent,high-quality development has identity,student development core competencies have uniqueness,and the development of Sino-foreign cooperative university students with different cooperative backgrounds has differences.Sino-foreign cooperative universities should analyze their strengths and weaknesses,integrate high-quality educational resources both domestically and internationally,adhere to the concept of student-centered,focus on cultivating distinctive core competencies,improve the evaluation mechanism that meets the requirements of the new era,and promote students’comprehensive and distinctive higher quality development.
