山东省农业现代化与农民职业化耦合协调发展探析

The Coupled and Coordinated Development of Agricultural Modernization and Farmer Professionalization in Shandong Province

选取2011—2020年山东省农业现代化与农民职业化相关数据,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型,分析山东省农业现代化与农民职业化的综合发展水平和耦合协调度。研究发现:山东省农业现代化水平高于农民职业化水平,各地级市农业现代化与农民职业化水平差异较大。两大系统耦合波动幅度较小,整体维持在0.488~0.497之间,处于中度耦合阶段,各地级市耦合度总体水平保持在0.463~0.500之间。两大系统耦合协调度保持在0.240~0.321之间,呈波动式上升,从中度失衡转向轻度失衡,长期有向协调发展阶段转变的态势;从空间格局上看,鲁南地区的耦合协调性更高。山东省应采取政策扶持、新型职业农民培育、打造特色农业等举措来促进农业现代化与农民职业化优质协调发展。

Based on the relevant data of agricultural modernization and farmers'professionalization in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination degree of agricultural modernization and farmers'professionalization using entropy method and coupling coordination model.The study found that the level of agricultural modernization was higher than the level of farmers'professionalism,and the levels of agricultural modernization and farmers'professionalization in different district areas of Shandong Province differed greatly.The coupling fluctuation range of the two major systems is small,and the overall level of the coupling between the two systems is 0.488~0.497,which is in the middle coupling stage.The overall level of the coupling degree of each district area is 0.463~0.500.The coupling coordination degree of the two major systems in Shandong Province remains between 0.240 and 0.321,showing a fluctuating increase,transitioning from moderate imbalance to mild imbalance.The two systems have a long-term trend of transitioning towards a coordinated development stage,and from a spatial perspective,the coupling coordination degree in the southern region of Shandong is higher.Measures such as policy support,the cultivation of new vocational farmers,and the creation of characteristic agriculture should be taken to promote the high-quality coordinated development of agricultural modernization and farmer professionalization.
