基于研讨式教学的管理课程学员创新能力培养研究

Research on the cultivation of students'innovative ability in management courses based on deliberative teaching

随着互联网技术发展,数字化、智能化战争时代已然到来,创新能力成为一支军队的核心竞争力。为培塑学员创新能力,结合构建主义理论,根据管理类课程特点,提出基于研讨式教学的学员创新能力培养模式,通过阐述研讨式教学对培养学员创新能力的作用,论述基于创新能力培养的研讨式教学模式注意问题,探讨基于研讨式教学的创新能力培养模式设计,该教学方法以部队实际管理案例为基础,以创新能力生成为目标,突出学员核心管理能力培养,较好体现了课程教学的实践性和高阶性。

Innovation ability is the core competitiveness of an army.In order to effectively improve the innovation ability of students,combined with constructivism theory and according to the characteristics of management courses,this paper puts forward the cultivation mode of students'management innovation ability based on deliberative teaching,and discusses the attention issues of deliberative teaching mode based on the cultivation of innovation ability by expounding the role of deliberative teaching in cultivating students'management innovation ability,this paper discusses the design of innovative ability training mode based on deliberative teaching.This teaching method is based on the actual management cases of the army,takes the generation of management innovation ability as the goal,highlights the cultivation of students'core management ability,and better reflects the practicality and high-level of course teaching.
