从大数据技术架构中基础资源层、大数据管理与分析层,以及大数据应用和服务层三部分入手,结合具体工程案例,介绍大数据技术在工程项目成本事前、事中、事后控制等业务流程的具体实现步骤及应用效果,为建筑企业有效开展工程项目成本控制提供参考。

Starting from the three parts of the basic resource layer,the big data management and analysis layer,and the big data application and service layer in the big data technology architecture,and based on project cases,this paper introduces the specific implementation steps and application effects of big data technology in the whole process of pre-project,in-project and post-project control of project cost,so as to provide reference for construction enterprises to effectively carry out project cost control.
