环境温度变化对现浇明挖隧道的受力研究

摘要 目前国内外对预制装配式的明挖隧道衬砌研究较多,而针对现场浇筑的明挖隧道衬砌的研究较少。然而,在施工过程中,由于温度等条件的影响,隧道衬砌的受力和变形往往更加复杂。该文通过对现浇明挖隧道的长期现场测试和数值计算,参照钢箱梁瞬态温度场的边界条件,运用有限元法探讨了环境温度变化对衬砌结构的影响。研究结果表明:日照下的升温过程中会使得衬砌结构应力显著增大,拱圈内外产生较大的温差,拱圈内侧全部受拉。 At present,there are many studies on the prefabricated open-cut tunnel lining at home and abroad,but few on the cast-in-place one.However,in the construction process,due to the influence of temperature and other factors,the stress and deformation of tunnel lining are often more complex.Based on the long-term field test and numerical calculation of cast-in-place open-cut tunnels,and referring to the boundary conditions of the transient temperature field of steel box girder,the influence of changes in the ambient temperature on the lining structure is discussed with the finite element method.The results showed that the stress of the lining structure increases dramatically during the heating process under sunshine,and there is a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the arch ring,with all the inside of the arch ring pulled.
