贵州高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的历史考察

A Historical Survey of the Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching Team in Colleges and Universities in Guizhou

中华人民共和国成立以来,贵州高校在党中央和中共贵州省委的坚强领导下,认真贯彻落实党中央和省委有关思想政治理论课和思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的相关文件精神,全省高校思想政治理论课教师积极学习,在大学生立德树人、培根铸魂方面发挥了重要作用。为了进一步加强全省高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,对中华人民共和国成立以来贵州高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设进行考察,为新时代加强和改进全省高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设提供经验借鉴,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Guizhou Provincial Committee,the colleges and universities in Guizhou have conscientiously implemented the spirit of relevant documents from the Central Committee and the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party concerning the construction of faculty teams for ideological and political theory courses.Teachers of ideological and political theory courses incolleges and universities in the province actively study and play a key role in fostering virtue and nourishing the roots and forging the soul of our nation among college students.To actively improve the quality of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities across the province,an investigation into the construction of the faculty teaching ideological and political theory courses in Guizhou colleges universities since the founding of the People's Republic of China has been conducted.This study holds significant practical significance as it provides valuable experience and reference for enhancing and improving the construction of the ideological and political theory course teaching faculty in universities across the province in the new era.
