基于需求响应的EVs参与风电功率分层优化调度策略研究

摘要 随着电动汽车的普及速度加快,规模化电动汽车入网会给电网运行控制带来负面影响.利用电动汽车的负荷可转移特性和储能特性,提出一种基于价格型需求响应的调度策略,并在电动汽车充放电调度部分进行分层控制.首先,根据电动汽车充放电需求和车主行为特性,建立电动汽车充电负荷数学模型.其次,以价格型需求响应为基础,建立动态分时电价模型并构建电动汽车启停控制策略,考虑到EV用户的用能需求,将系统电负荷、分时电价与改进型用户满意度结合,并与系统运行成本和碳排放相融合,实现多目标优化.仿真实验结果表明,所提调度策略能够提高系统对风电的消纳,减小负荷峰谷差. With the acceleration of the popularity of electric vehicles,large-scale electric vehicles into the grid will have a negative impact on the grid operation control.Based on the load transferability and energy storage characteristics of EVs,a scheduling strategy based on price-based demand response is proposed,and hierarchical control is carried out in the EV charging and discharging scheduling part of EVs.Firstly,a mathematical model of EV charging load is established according to EV charging and discharging demand and owner's behavior characteristics;Secondly,based on the price-based demand respond,a dynamic time-sharing tariff model is constructed.Considering the energy demand of EV users,the system electricity load and TOU price are combined with improved user satisfaction,and the system operation cost and carbon emissions are integrated to achieve multi-objective optimization.The simulation results show that the proposed scheduling strategy can improve the system's absorption of wind power and reduce the load peak-valley difference.
