摘要
从达米酮烯胺酮、芳酮醛水合物和醇出发,在微波辐射条件下,研究了对甲苯磺酸促进下合成烷氧基化的吲哚衍生物的三组分多米诺反应.该方法起始原料简单,反应速度快,化学产率高,后处理方便,是一种简洁高效的绿色合成方法.
The three-component synthesis of alkoxylated indole derivatives by p-toluenesulfonic acid was studied under microwave irradiation from damidone enamine ketone,aryl ketone aldehyde dydrate and alcohol.The method is a simple and efficient green synthesis method with simple starting material,fast reaction rate,high chemical yield and convenient post-processing.
