新农科背景下生物类创新人才培养模式研究——以“食用菌栽培技术”课程教学为例 被引量:1

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Biological Major under the Background of New Agriculture:Take the Course teaching Cultivation Techniques of Edible Fungi as an Example

摘要 在新农科、乡村振兴建设等背景下,涉农专业的培养模式及课程改革有了更高的要求.为了落实新的教学改革要求,以“食用菌栽培技术”课程教学改革和实施为例,总结了“三目标、三模块、多维度三融合、一产出”的“3331”人才培养模式,以知识、能力、素养三目标为导向;梳理教学内容三模块(食用菌基础知识、菌种制备、栽培管理);创新性开展多维度三融合教学:在课前预习、课中重点内容讲授、课后巩固三阶段中构建将思政元素、创新创业、竞赛三理念融入课程,将课程理论、技术、实践三层次逐步开展,项目策划、开发、转化三递进促进成果转化;以产品为产出的培养模式.该教学模型将思政教育,专业教育、实践教育、创新教育有机融合,促进了学生综合能力的大幅度提升,培养了团队意识强、技术水平高、绿色发展意识的创新型人才. Under the background of new agriculture and rural revitalization,the training mode and curriculum reform of agriculture-related majors are facing more requirements.In order to implement the new requirements of teaching reform,taking the teaching reform and implementation of the course"Cultivation Techniques of Edible Fungus"as the example,the"3331"talent training model of"three objectives,three modules,three multidimensional integration,and one output"is summarized,which is guided by the three goals of knowledge,ability,and accomplishment.The teaching contents are summarized in three modules:basic knowledge of edible fungi,strain preparation and cultivation management;Innovative implementation of multi-dimensional three-integration teaching organization,that is,preview,key contents class teaching and consolidation of three-stage teaching.Three concepts of ideological and elements,innovation and entrepreneurship,and competition are integrated into the curriculum,and gradually carry out the curriculum theory,technology and practice;project planning,development and transformation are gradually promoted to transform results.At the same time,the training mode takes of product as the output.The teaching model organically integrates ideological and political education,professional education,practical education and innovative education to promote students'comprehensive ability,cultivate innovative talents with strong team consciousness,high technical level and green development consciousness.
