成渝地区双城经济圈数字经济的时空演变及其影响因素

Research on the Spatial-temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Digital Economy in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

以成渝地区双城经济圈16个城市2012—2020年的空间面板数据为基础,运用时序全局主成分法测算了其数字经济指数,采用空间计量模型分析了其数字经济的时空特征.研究发现:成渝地区双城经济圈数字经济呈现出“双核”空间集聚态势.从空间相关性上看,成都、德阳、绵阳、眉山和重庆、广安、达州、泸州均呈现出H-H型集聚特征;内江、自贡、宜宾呈现出L-L型集聚态势.从空间效应看,城市经济能力和产业结构对成渝地区双城经济圈数字经济发展有显著的直接效应,同时也表现出空间溢出效应.劳动力和教育水平直接效应不明显,但空间溢出效应明显.基于此,提出了相关对策建议.

Based on the spatial panel data of 16 cities in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2012 to 2020,the digital economy index is calculated by using the time-series global principal component method,and the spatial econometric model is used to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of the digital economy.It is found that the digital economy in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle presents the trend of"Dual Core"spatial agglomeration.From the perspective of spatial correlation,Chengdu,Deyang,Mianyang,Meishan and Chongqing,Guang'an,Dazhou and Luzhou all showed H-H cluster characteristics.Neijiang,Zigong and Yibin showed an L-L pattern of agglomeration.From the perspective of spatial effect,urban economic capacity and industrial structure have significant direct effect on the development of digital economy in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,and also show spatial spillover effect.The direct effect of labor force and education level is not obvious,but the spatial spillover effect is obvious.Based on this,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
