村社自主性、文化生产共同体与乡村文化振兴

The Subjectivity of Village Community,Cultural Community and the Revitalization of Rural Culture

组织农民开展有效的自我建设是实现乡村文化振兴的关键所在,也是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要举措。通过对湖南北村的实地调研发现,村社主导的内源式发展是实现乡村文化振兴的有效路径。文化生产共同体作为内源式乡村文化振兴的核心机制,通过决策过程的共同策划、运作过程的共同参与、发展成果的共同享有来形塑社会成员的基本共识、价值认同和集体行动能力,以此再造村庄公共性,形成有效的社会整合力并强化农民之间的社会性关联。而文化生产共同体得以形成的基础在于村社自主性的发挥,村社在文化振兴过程中扮演了资源协调者、组织引导者和集体行动守护者等三重角色,以此引导、动员和组织农民参与建设。内在的制度基础、共同的生活面向、文化结构构成了村社实体发挥作用的能力、动力和空间,从而实现了资源、组织和价值的三重整合,进而重构了乡村公共文化生活秩序。由此,乡村文化振兴的实现需要依托文化生产共同体的塑造,并依靠村社自主性来构建文化再生产体系,促进文化生产共同体的形成。

Organizing farmers to carry out effective self-construction is the key to achieving rural cultural revitalization and an important measure to solidify the sense of Chinese national community.Through on-site research in Beicun,Hunan,it was found that the endogenous development led by the village community is an effective path to achieve rural cultural revitalization.As the core mechanism of endogenous rural cultural revitalization,the cultural production community shapes the basic consensus,value identification,and collective action ability of social members through joint planning in the decision-making process,joint participation in the operation process,and shared enjoyment of development results,in order to rebuild the village's public nature,form effective social integration,and strengthen the social connections between farmers.The foundation for the formation of a cultural production community lies in the autonomy of village communities.In the process of cultural revitalization,village communities play three roles:resource coordinator,organizational guide,and collective action guardian,guiding,mobilizing,and organizing farmers to participate in the construction.The inherent institutional foundation,common life orientation,and cultural structure constitute the ability,motivation,and space for village entities to play a role,thus achieving the triple integration of resources,organization,and value,and reconstructing the order of rural public cultural life.Therefore,the realization of rural cultural revitalization needs to rely on the shaping of cultural production communities,and rely on the autonomy of village communities to construct a cultural reproduction system,promoting the formation of cultural production communities.
