面向一体化信号中继站的电池智能监控系统技术研究

摘要 为保证信号设备全天候正常运行,一体化信号中继站采用磷酸铁锂电池作为信号设备备用直流电源,磷酸铁锂电池组的自身电池管理系统,具备数据实时独立监测功能,但是无法与其他运维子系统进行联动监测,也无法实现电池运行状态的趋势预测和故障状态的预警,具有安全隐患。本文基于电池自身管理系统采集的数据,提出面向一体化信号中继站的电池智能监控系统,通过物联网技术将电池数据接入一体化信号中继站智能运维后台,与巡检、动环、消防等运维子系统数据共享和联动监测,从而做到一体化智能运维,同时建立电池数据库并研究基于大数据的故障诊断和趋势预测技术,能够实现电池运行状态的预测和故障状态的预警,提高一体化中继站应急响应水平和运维效率。 To ensure the healthy operation of signal equipment,the integrated signal relay station uses lithium iron phosphate batteries as the backup DC power supply for the signal equipment.The lithium iron phosphate battery pack′s own battery management system has the function of real-time independent monitoring of data,but it cannot perform linkage monitoring with other operation and maintenance subsystems,nor can it achieve trend prediction of battery operation status and early warning of fault status,which poses a safety hazard.Based on the data collected by the battery management system,this article proposes a battery intelligent monitoring system for integrated signal relay stations.Through the Internet of Things technology,the battery data is connected to the intelligent operation and maintenance backend system of the integrated signal relay station,and shared and monitored with the operation and maintenance subsystems such as inspection,dynamic environment,and fire protection,achieving integrated intelligent operation and maintenance.At the same time,a battery database is established and fault diagnosis and trend prediction technology based on big data is studied,which is capable of predicting battery operation status and early warning of fault status,improving the emergency response level and operation and maintenance efficiency of integrated relay stations.
