隧道掘进机关键部件监测诊断系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前隧道掘进机施工环境复杂恶劣,关键部件监测方式不足,关键部件故障状态诊断不及时的现状,研究了隧道掘进机关键部件监测诊断系统流程;基于监测诊断流程,对关键部件运行状态、设备参数、健康状态参数等进行分析,设计了隧道掘进机关键部件监测诊断系统,分别对关键部件的温度、压力、流量、振动、应变、油液磨损、油液污染度等参数进行实时监测;根据监测参数对关键部件运行状态进行异常状态识别,识别到异常状态后进行故障诊断,并实施故障决策,最后完成记录归档。以切实可行的方式,对关键部件的运行状态进行监测诊断,保证隧道掘进机的高效安全运行。 In view of the complex construction environment of tunnel boring machine,the insufficient monitoring methods of key components and the untimely fault diagnosis of key components,the process of tunnel boring machine key components monitoring and diagnosis system is studied.Based on the monitoring and diagnosis process,the operation status,equipment parameters and health status parameters of key components are analyzed,and the monitoring and diagnosis system of key components of tunnel boring machine is designed.The parameters of temperature,pressure,flow rate,vibration,strain,oil wear and oil pollution degree of key components are respectively monitored in real time.This method can identify abnormal operating conditions of key components based on monitoring parameters,and diagnose faults after identifying abnormal conditions,and then implement fault decisions,and finally complete recording and archiving.In a practical way,the running state of key components is monitored and diagnosed to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the tunnel boring machine.
