新型高铁箱梁装梁台车设计研究

摘要 传统高铁箱梁施工装备适用性无法满足特殊工况,高铁架梁施工设备随之更新换代,传统意义上每代设备局限于独立配套使用,隔代设备匹配上存在制约,随着第三代高铁设备逐步投入市场,第一代高铁设备将大批量闲置或报废处理。以箱梁架设中运梁车装梁工况为研究内容,首次提出第一代高铁900 t单梁单门式搬运梁机与第三代1 000 t超低位运梁车隔代配套运用方案,研制出一种新型装梁台车,采用逆向移梁装车模式,解决第一代跨度39 m搬运梁机无法上跨42.7 m超低位运梁车装梁问题,实现高铁箱梁设备在新旧动能转换过程中的创新性应用。 The applicability of traditional high-speed railway box girder construction equipment can not meet special conditions,and the construction equipment of high-speed railway erecting girder will be updated and replaced.In traditional sense,each generation of equipment is limited to independent matching,and the matching of the next generation equipment is restricted.With the third generation of high-speed railway equipment gradually entering the market,the first generation of high-speed railway equipment will be idle or scrapped in large quantities.Taking the beam loading condition of the transporter during the box girder erection as the research content,the matching application scheme of the first generation 900 t single-girder single-door beam handling machine and the third generation 1000 t ultra-low-level transporter is put forward for the first time,and a new type of beam loading trolley is developed,which uses the reverse moving beam loading mode to solve the problem that the first generation 39 m span beam handling machine can not load the ultra-low-level transporter over 42.7 m span,thus realizing the innovative application of the high-speed railway box girder equipment in the process of new and old energy conversion.
