盾构机销轴快速拆装工装设计研究

Design and Research of Rapid Disassembly and Assembly Tool for Pin Shaft of Tunnel Boring Machine

为了解决盾构机设备上油缸销轴拆装困难、耗时费力和安全隐患高的问题,根据销轴结构形式和安装位置等特点,现设计一套专门用于销轴拆装的工装来辅助操作人员进行快速拆装销轴。该工装结构简单,重量轻,强度可靠,便于操作人员安装与操作,解决了盾构机设备上销轴拆装难度大、安全隐患高等问题。同时,对该工装进行了有限元分析,并根据分析结果对工装进行针对性优化,得到稳定可靠的拆装工装。该工装在实际生产项目中也得以验证,工装安装及搬运方便,拆装销轴方便快捷,可大幅提高操作人员的工作效率及安全性。

In order to solve the problems of difficult disassembly and assembly of the cylinder pin of the shield machine equipment,time-consuming and laborious,and high security risks,according to the structure form and installation position of the pin,a set of special tools for the pin disassembly and assembly is designed to assist the operator to quickly disassemble and assemble the pin.The tool needs to be simple in structure,light in weight,reliable in strength,easy to be installed and operated by the operator,and solves the problems of difficult disassembly and installation of the pin shaft on the shield machine equipment and high safety risks.At the same time,the tool is analyzed by finite element method,and it is optimized according to the analysis result,and a stable and reliable disassembly tool is obtained.The tool has also been verified in the actual production project,it is easy to be installed and transported,and the pin is quick and easy to be disassembled and installed,which can greatly improve the work efficiency and safety of the operator.
