无人仓技术在轨道交通物资库中的应用研究

摘要 介绍了无人仓技术的概念、特征和适用行业;结合轨道交通行业物资存储特点,指出当前常规物资库存在效率低下、投资高等问题。以成都某轨道交通线路为例,对物资库采用无人仓技术后的物资存储规划、工艺平面布置、物资存取能力、主要设备配置、物资出入库流程及流线等进行了研究,介绍了配套仓储管理系统的构架和主要功能,并与常规物资库进行综合经济技术指标对比,得出无人仓技术方案具有物资存储、盘点和发放效率高、工程投资小等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。 This paper introduces the concept,characteristics and applicable industry of unmanned warehouse technology.Combining with the characteristics of material storage in rail transit industry,it is pointed out that the current conventional material inventory has problems of low efficiency and high investment.Taking a certain rail transit line in Chengdu as an example,this study is focused on the material storage planning,process layout,material access capacity,main equipment configuration,material inbound and outbound processes,and flow lines of the material warehouse after adopting unmanned warehouse technology.It is introduced the architecture and main functions of the supporting warehouse management system.It is comparatively analyzed the comprehensive economic and technical indicators between conventional and new unmanned warehouses technologies.It is concluded that the unmanned warehouse technology has the advantages of high efficiency in material storage,inventory and distribution,and low engineering investment,which has broad application prospects.
