摘要
以义阳大桥为例,对义字形塔单索面斜拉桥的桥塔和不对称配重主梁的施工技术进行研究。由于桥塔线形和截面尺寸变化剧烈,义阳大桥采用了结合液压爬模技术和调整木方的方法,从而准确快速建设桥塔;针对在同一节段桥塔存在多个系梁同时施工问题,提出在既有的系梁上安装不同支架的解决方法;为保证钢锚箱安装的准确度,分析了影响首节钢锚箱定位精度的因素并给出其调整方法;基于传统的不对称斜拉桥一次性配重施工工艺,提出分阶段多次配重的优化方法,并通过数值模拟验证方法的可靠性,该方法提高了施工的效率且经济效益显著,可为同类工程参考。
Taking Yiyang Bridge as an example,this paper studied the construction technologies of cross-shaped single-cable-stayed towers with asymmetrical counterweight girders.Due to the drastic changes in cable-stayed towers and section size,a method that combined hydraulic climbing technology and adjusting the wooden lump was adopted for Yiyang Bridge to accurately and quickly build the bridge tower.Aiming at the problem of simultaneous construction of multiple-tied beams in the same section of the bridge tower,a solution to install different supports on the existing tie beam was proposed to solve the problem.In order to ensure the accuracy of steel anchor box installation,the factors affecting the positioning accuracy of the first section of steel anchor box were analyzed and their adjustment methods were given.Based on the traditional one-time counterweight construction process of asymmetrical cable-stayed bridge,an optimization method of multiple counterweights in stages was proposed.The reliability of the method was verified by numerical simulation.It improves construction efficiency and has significant economic effects,which can provide a new solution for similar projects.
