历史主动精神源于中华民族悠久辉煌的历史文化,源于近代以来中华民族的艰辛探索,源于马克思主义科学理论的正确指导,源于中国特色社会主义新时代的伟大变革。历史主动精神是由认知、情感、意志、实践四个层面构成的有机整体,其中,坚持真理的科学精神是基础和前提,人民至上的担当精神是桥梁和纽带,自我革命的勇敢精神是支撑和保障,改革创新的进取精神是表现和归宿。弘扬历史主动精神,必须科学把握历史规律,在顺应历史大势中抓住历史机遇;坚定站稳人民立场,在厚植为民情怀中勇担历史使命;深刻认识初心使命,在引领社会革命中永葆历史清醒;全面总结历史经验,在深化政治认同中增强历史自信。

The spirit of historical initiative originates from the long and glorious history and culture of the Chinese nation,fom the ar-duous exploration of the Chinese nation since modern times,from the correct guidance of the scientific theories of Marxism,and from the great changes of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.The spinit of historical inititive is an organic whole composed of four levels:cognition,emotion,will and practice,in which the spirit of upholding the truth is the foundation and prerequisite,the spirit of putting the people in the first place is the bridge and link,the spirit of self-reform is the support and guarantee,and the spirit of reform and innovation is the manifestation and destination.To carry forward the spirit of historical initative,we should scientifcally grasp the law of history and seize the historical opportunities while keeping abreast of the historical trend.We should firmly uphold our stance of siding with the people and bravely shoulder the historic mission while cultivating a deep sense of empathy for the people.We should profoundly understand the original aspiration and mision and remain sober-minded while leading the social revolution.We should comprehensively summarize the historical experience and promote confdence in our history while deepening a sense of political identity.
