4300 mm精轧机平衡缸与HGC缸的技术改造与研究

摘要 河钢集团舞钢公司第一轧钢厂4 300 mm精轧机投产后,平衡缸和HGC缸上机少则2-3个月、多则6个月即发生泄漏无法正常工作,造成液压油浪费,甚至导致突发性停产。通过缸体拆解、测量和反复分析,并结合现场实际状况,对平衡缸和HGC缸进行了重新设计和升级技术改造。经过改造,平衡缸参数逐渐偏离的趋势消失,HGC缸不再出现明显偏载状况,轧机的生产效率和轧制精度也得到显著提升,每年节约液压油90 t,减少非计划停产160~180 h,轧制量增加近4万t。 Since the startup of the 4300 mm finishing mill in No.1 Rolling Mill of HBIS Group Wusteel Company,the balancing cylinders and HGC cylinders leak either in 2 to 3 months minimum or in 6 months maximum,which cannot work properly,resulting in waste of hydraulic fluid and unexpected production interruption.After the revamp,the gradual deviation tendency of parameters for the balancing cylinder disappears,obvious unbalance loading no longer exists for the HGC cylinder,the production efficiency and rolling precision of the mill are improved significantly,i.e.,annually,90 t hydraulic fluid is saved,unscheduled shutdown of 160 h to 180 h is reduced and the rolling quantity is increased by approximate 40000 t.
