通过学习、研究VDA6.3过程审核,形成新的认知。按照VDA6.3过程审核方法,关注过程风险,结合顾客特殊要求、PFMEA识别的风险、知识储备、经验教训,构建了基于风险、适合钢铁企业的过程审核检查表,并应用于生产过程控制审核,使VDA6.3标准的要求在钢铁企业中得到有效落实。

By studying the VDA6.3 Process Auditing,new understanding is formed.In accordance with the VDA6.3 process auditing method,considering the process risk in combination with the speccial requirements of customers,PFMEA risk indentification,knowledge reserve and experience lesson,the risk-based check list of process auditing suitable for iron and steel enterprise is established and applied in the auditing of production process control,which makes VAD6.3 standard requirements to be effectively implemented in iron and steel enterprise.
