大跨度重载钢桁架吊装施工技术研究

摘要 目前大跨度钢桁架体系应用广泛,其在吊装施工环节中易受到自身结构以及外界环境因素影响,出现大变形甚至失稳等问题。本文以福州建工(集团)总公司建筑生产基地重型钢桁架吊装施工为例,考虑其大跨度和重载等工程特点,采用分段吊装拼装的施工方法,重点对吊装方案和工艺、地下室底板加固、钢桁架挠度变形监测、安装质量控制等施工问题进行分析。工程实践表明,该技术方案具有较强的工程可行性和针对性,有效保证了施工过程安全。 At present,the large-span steel truss system is widely used,and it is easy to be affected by its own structure and external environmental factors in the hoisting construction,which causes large deformation and even instability.This paper takes the heavy steel truss hoisting construction of the construction production base of Fuzhou Construction Engineering(Group)Corporation as an example,considering its engineering characteristics such as large span and heavy load,adopts the construction method of subsection hoisting and assembly,and focuses on the analysis of the hoisting scheme and technology,basement floor reinforcement,steel truss deflection deformation monitoring,installation quality control and other construction problems.Engineering practice shows that the technical scheme has strong engineering feasibility and pertinence,and effectively ensures the safety of construction process.
