摘要
随着安全文明标准化的提高,建筑施工外架逐步更新换代,从之前广泛使用的毛竹架、门式外架、钢管扣件式外架更新到现在正在推广应用的承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架(下称盘扣外架)、附着式升降作业安全防护平台等新型外架。本文通过对位于临海区域风荷载大、楼层高、柱距大的建筑采用盘扣外架的应用和施工技术要点进行分析、探讨,选定符合工程实际应用的架体搭设参数、连墙件位置和数量等,通过架体搭设过程和一年多的安全使用,可知盘扣外架具有装拆方便快速、整体稳定性强、造价低、能减轻施工人员劳动强度及保障施工安全等优点,具有推广应用的价值。
With the improvement of safety and civilization standardization,the construction outer frame has been gradually upgraded from the previously widely used bamboo frame,portal frame,and steel pipe fasteners outer frame to the new outer frame which is now being promoted and applied,such as the socket type disk-buckle steel pipe scaffold(hereinafter referred to as the disk-buckle outer frame),and the attached lifting operation safety protection platform.This paper analyzes and discusses the application and key points of construction technology of the external tray for buildings with large wind load,high floor and large column spacing in the coastal area,and selects the frame erection parameters,location and quantity of connecting wall parts that meet the practical application of the project.Through the frame erection process and safe use for more than one year,the paper introduces the following methods:It is known that the disc buckle outer frame has the advantages of convenient assembly and disassembly,strong overall stability and low cost,which can reduce the labor intensity of construction personnel and ensure construction safety,and has the value of popularization and application.
