预制钢筋混凝土楼梯标准化研究与构建——以三明市装配式住宅为例

Research and Construction of Standardization of Precast Reinforced Concrete Stairs--A Case Study of Prefabricated Residential Buildings in SanMing City

为了提高预制钢筋混凝土楼梯(住宅)的生产效率,降低其生产成本,解决实际工程中预制楼梯构件存在形式多样、标准不统一、验收不规范等问题,本文以福建三明地区装配式住宅为例,结合现行规范和标准,从设计、生产、检验、施工这四个方面,开展预制钢筋混凝土楼梯的标准化研究。本文的研究有助于解决当前预制钢筋混凝土楼梯存在的标准化问题,从根本上提高预制楼梯构件的标准化水平,进一步推进建筑工业化进程,同时为相关设计人员提供参考。

In order to improve the production efficiency of prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs(residential buildings),reduce their production costs,and solve the problems of diverse forms,inconsistent standards,and non-standard acceptance of prefabricated stair components in practical engineering,this article takes prefabricated residential buildings in Sanming area,Fujian as an example,and combines current norms and standards to carry out standardization research on prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs from four aspects:design,production,inspection and construction.The research in this article helps to solve the standardization problems of prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs,fundamentally improve the standardization level of prefabricated stair components,further promote the process of building industrialization,and provide reference for relevant designers.
