RFID在教学设备管理中的应用探析

An Analysis of the Application of RFID in Teaching Equipment Management

随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,学生和实验室设备数量也在逐渐增加。实验室设备由实验管理人员统一管理,但是有些设备在不同实验室之间共用,如示波器等,还有部分创新实践类的开放实验室,学生做实验时间较多,会出现设备搬移或者借用情况。对于设备状态的变化需要人工单向录入,实时性差且容易出现漏录的情况。因此,提出一种基于RFID位置感知技术的实验室设备管理系统,将RFID标签固定至实验设备上,在实验室的出入口安装RFID阅读器,由此实现对实验室仪器设备的入库与出库管理,同时通过手持RFID阅读器对设备实时盘点,实现对设备的监管和定位。

With the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the number of students and laboratory equipment is also increasing,which is managed by the laboratory management personnel.However,some equipment is shared among different laboratories,such as oscilloscopes,and in some open laboratories for innovative practice,as students spend more time doing experiments,the above equipment may be moved or borrowed,The change of equipment status requires manual one-way input,which is poor in real-time and some information is easy to be missed.Therefore,this paper proposes a laboratory equipment management system based on RFID position sensing technology,which fixes RFID tags to the laboratory equipment,installs RFID readers at the entrance and exit of the laboratory,thereby realizing the warehousing and outbound management of laboratory instruments and equipment.Counting the equipment in real time through handheld RFID readers realizes the supervision and positioning of equipment.
