The Core Elements of Multimedia Classroom Management in Colleges and Universities

从六个方面研究如何开展高校多媒体教室管理工作,即多媒体教室管理的六个核心要素。对每个核心要素遇到的关键问题给出了解决对策,处理好这些核心要素,管理工作可得心应手。对制度、设备和人力这些容易成为短板的要素,提供了肇庆学院颇具特色的一些措施,如设备的定期巡查制度、全校设备资产的共享和统一调度、基于网络中控和视频监控的远程管理、充分发挥学生管理员的作用,这些经实践检验皆行之有效。

This paper studies how to carry out multimedia classroom management in a college or university from six aspects,that is,the six core elements of multimedia classroom management.The countermeasures for the main problems encountered by each core element are given.The management work can be handy if these core elements are handled well.This paper provides some distinctive means of Zhaoqing University for some core elements,such as regular inspection on equipment,sharing and unified management of equipment and humanresources,remote management based on network central control and video surveillance,and the full use of student administrators,which are proved to be effective in practice.
