地理教育师资队伍建设现状及优化策略——以石家庄市高中地理教师调查为例

摘要 拥有数量充足的高质量地理教师是保证中学地理教学质量的基础。通过问卷设计与调查,具体分析石家庄市高中地理师资状况,并提出针对性的优化策略。研究发现:石家庄市高中存在不同程度的地理教师短缺问题,且市区和下辖县市、不同层次高中问题不同;正式编制少、高中选考地理学生增加、初中不重视地理是造成短缺的主要原因;解决石家庄市高中地理教师短缺问题,需要从政府、高中、高校和大学生层面进行改进与优化。 Having an adequate number of high-quality geography teachers is the basis for ensuring the quality of geography teaching in secondary schools.Through questionnaire design and survey,we specifically analyzed the shortage of geography teachers in middle and high schools in Shijiazhuang and made targeted suggestions for improvement.The study showed that there is a shortage of geography teachers in senior high schools in Shijiazhuang,and there are different problems in different levels of senior high schools and in the urban areas and in the non-urban areas;The main reasons for the shortage are the lack of official staffing,an increase in students choosing geography subjects in high school,and a lack of emphasis on geography in middle school.In order to solve the shortage of geography teachers in senior high schools in Shijiazhuang,we need to improve and optimize from the aspects of government,senior high schools,colleges and universities.
