车辆工程专业人才校企协同培养探索与建设——以燕山大学车辆工程专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 在新工科及工程教育背景下,瞄准车辆工程发展的新方向、新业态,依托机械工程强势学科,联合行业领先企业,燕山大学车辆工程专业以校企协同为桥梁,开展多学科交叉融合下的车辆工程人才培养、课程体系建设及教学模式改革等方面的探索。以响应国家战略、服务行业发展为出发点重新定义培养目标,以外在需求和内在特色为导向重构现有课程体系,以校企深入协同育人为途径优化教学模式,构建一套系统、新颖的车辆工程人才培养体系。 The new direction and new format of vehicle engineering development are targeted under the background of emerging engineering education.Relying on the strong discipline of mechanical engineering,the vehicle engineering major of Yanshan University has united the leading enterprises in the industry.Based on the college-enterprise collaboration,the exploration of vehicle engineering talent training,curriculum system construction and teaching mode reform are carried out under multidisciplinary integration.The training goals are redefined in response to the national strategy and the development of the service industry.The existing curriculum system is reconstructed according to external needs and internal characteristics.The teaching mode is optimized by the way of in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises.A systematic and innovative training system for vehicle engineering talents is constructed.
