摘要 结合目前国内医学教育实际情况,设计“TBL+CBL+PBL”混合教学模式:形成以TBL为主线、CBL为基础、PBL为引导的立体教学形式,并应用于消化内科理论教学,探讨TBL、CBL、PBL混合教学模式的应用效果。将两个班级分为新型混合模式教学班和传统教学班,进行为期1个月的理论教学实践,在教学结束后,采用学生和教师听课问卷调查形式对教学效果进行评价。结果发现,新型混合模式教学班的教学成效好,学生及教师的满意度明显提高。TBL、CBL、PBL混合教学模式明显助力临床本科消化内科理论教学,值得推广。 Combined with the actual situation of domestic medical education,this study designed the“TBL+CBL+PBL”mixed teaching mode:to form a three-dimensional teaching form guided by PBL,TBL as the main line and CBL as the basis,and to explore the application effect of TBL,CBL and PBL mixed mode in the teaching of Gastroenterology.The two classes were divided into a new mixed mode class and a traditional class for one month of theoretical teaching practice.After the teaching,the effect was evaluated in the form of questionnaires from students and teachers.The teaching effect of the new mixed mode class was good,and the satisfaction from students and teachers was significantly improved.TBL,CBL and PBL mixed teaching method can significantly help the theoretical teaching of Gastroenterology for clinical undergraduates,which is worth recommending.
