A Tentative Discussion on Ideological and Political Construction of Teachers in Private Universities in Jilin Province

民办高校教师思想政治建设既是加强和改进民办高校思想政治工作的需要,也是变革民办高校教育教学模式、强化办学竞争力、培养高素质人才的需要。本文将吉林省民办高校教师思想政治建设的必要性和着力点作为研究重点,并结合当前实际提出改革建议。

Constructing the ideological and political construction system of teachers in private universities is not only the need to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in private universities,but also the need to change the education and teaching mode of private universities,strengthen the competitiveness of running schools and cultivate high⁃quality talents.This paper focuses on the urgency and practice of the construction of teachers'ideological and political construction system in private universities in Jilin Province,and puts forward some suggestions in combination with the current situation.
