Research on the Innovative Practice Path of Ideological and Political Education into College Students' Employment Guidance

分析当前大学就业指导的现状,提出创新课程设计、进行多样化活动设计、建立就业导师制度和进行深度社会合作四条思政教育融入大学生就业指导创新路径,以促进思政教育与大学生就业指导有机融合,为大学生职业发展提供新的思路和方向。

An analysis was made of the current situation of college employment guidance,and puts forward four innovative paths for integrating ideological and political education into college students'employment guidance:innovate curriculum design,diversify activity design,establish employment ideological and political tutor system and deepen social cooperation,so as to promote the organic integration of ideological and political education and college students'employment guidance and provide new ideas and directions for college students'career development.
