基于应用型电子商务人才培养的OBE理念与课程思政融合问题研究——以A高校为例

Research on the integration of OBE Concept and Curriculum Ideology and Politics Based on The Cultivation of Applied E⁃commerce Talents——with University A as an Example

培养应用型电子商务人才是应用型高校电子商务专业应承担的社会责任。以应用型A高校为例,分析人才培养目标、专业课程体系构成、校企合作、学生就业等方面的现状;指出在应用型电子商务人才培养过程中OBE教育理念与课程思政融合方面存在的一些问题,如OBE教育理念的实施效果欠佳、课程思政元素与专业课程协同效应有待提升、OBE教育理念与课程思政融合性不足;在此基础上给出提升OBE教育理念与课程思政融合效果的实现路径:制订思想性与技能性相结合的应用型电子商务专业人才培养目标、确立OBE教育理念与课程思政融合的教学理念、构建OBE与课程思政融合的电子商务专业课程体系、选择适合OBE教育理念与课程思政融合的教学方式、形成多方配合的教学团队。

Cultivating applied e⁃commerce talents is the social responsibility of e⁃commerce majors in application⁃oriented universities.Taking A,an application⁃oriented university as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of talent training objectives,the composition of professional curriculum system,school⁃enterprise cooperation and student employment.This paper points out some problems in the integration of OBE education concept and curriculum ideology and politics in the process of cultivating applied e⁃commerce talents,such as the poor implementation effect of OBE education concept,the synergistic effect of curriculum ideology and politics elements and professional courses to be improved,and the insufficient integration of OBE education concept and curriculum ideology and politics;On this basis,the paths to improve the effect of the integration of OBE education concept and curriculum ideology and politics proposed to formulate the training goal of applied e⁃commerce professionals combining ideology and skills,to establish the teaching concept of the integration of OBE education concept and curriculum ideology and politics,to build an e⁃commerce professional curriculum system integrating OBE education concept and curriculum ideology and politics,to choose teaching methods suitable for the integration of OBE education concept and curriculum ideology and politics,and to form a multi⁃faceted teaching team.
