On Improving the Teaching Ability of Young Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

摘要 党的十八大以来,高职院校思政课青年教师面临着教学能力的新要求、自身职业发展和自我效能提高的新需求、高职学生新特征等方面的挑战,需从加强组织领导系统谋划统筹部署、加大思政课教学改革创新、青年教师夯实内功等方面加以破解。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,young teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges are facing new requirements of teaching ability,new demands of their own career development and self⁃efficacy,new characteristics of higher vocational students and other challenges,which need to be solved from the aspects of strengthening organizational leadership system in planning and overall deployment,reinforcing ideological and political course teaching reform and innovation,and consolidating young teachers'internal strength.
