新工科背景下中职学校产教融合协同育人现状及优化策略

摘要 产教融合作为有效衔接教育与产业的关键途径,其独特的人才培养模式是提升中职学校办学质量的有力举措。新工科时代背景下,优化产教融合人才培养模式,对于今后职业教育改革和社会经济发展来说具有重要意义。本文从产教融合协同育人现状入手,通过研究产教融合协同育人现状,从中职学生的发展角度出发,提出符合新工科建设逻辑,也符合教育现代化要求的协同育人优化思路。 As a key approach to effectively linking education with industry,the integration of industry and education is a powerful measure to improve the quality of operating secondary vocational schools.Under the background of new engineering construction,it is of great significance to optimize the talent training mode of integration of industry and education for the future vocational education reform and social and economic development.Based on the current situation of collaborative education by integrating industry and education,this paper,from the perspective of the development of secondary vocational school students,puts forward optimized ideas of collaborative education that conforms to the logic of new engineering construction and the requirements of educational modernization.
