应用型高校学生双创能力培养体系建设研究——以吉林工程技术师范学院轨道交通信号与控制专业为例

Research on the Construction of Cultivating System for Students' Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ability in Application⁃oriented Universities——with the Specialty of Rail Transit Signal and Control in Jilin Engineering Normal University as an Example

目前,我国应用型高校学生的双创能力培养被高度重视,建设双创能力培养体系是为了培养学生过硬的专业知识技能和创新创业的能力,但受诸多因素影响,仍然存在一些问题,无法满足社会对高校人才的需求。本文主要以吉林工程技术师范学院轨道交通信号与控制专业为例,对该专业教学体系中存在的一些问题进行分析,在此基础上,提出了将创新创业能力作为培养目标的轨道交通信号与控制专业教学改革措施。

At present,the cultivation of students'innovative ability in application⁃oriented universities in China is highly valued.The construction of innovative ability cultivation system is to cultivate students'excellent professional knowledge and skills and the abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship.However,due to many factors,there are still some problems that are hindering the system to meet the social demand for talents in universities.By taking the major of rail transit signal and control in Jilin Engineering Normal University for example,the paper analyzes some problems existing in the teaching system of this major,and on this basis,puts forward the teaching reform measures for rail transit signal and control major with innovation and entrepreneurship as the cultivating goal.
