聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的合成与表征

摘要 聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)由于综合性能优异,已经发展成为一种重要的可生物降解的高分子材料,但是目前合成生产工艺中存在副反应多、生产成本高、性能差等问题,所以如何在保证与现行塑料有同等性能的前提下,进一步减少副反应、降低生产成本、改善反应条件和得到市场的广泛认可变得至关重要。本文以丁二酸、1,4-丁二醇为原料,在自制催化剂的催化作用下,采用直接酯化法在10 L小试装置上进行聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的合成,并考察了酯化温度、醇酸比、缩聚温度和真空度等因素对PBS产品性能及控制过程的影响。通过实验得到最优工艺条件:酯化温度170℃、醇酸比1.0∶1.3、缩聚温度230℃和真空度50 Pa,为大装置的生产提供技术支撑。 Polybutylene succinate(PBS)has developed into an important biodegradable polymer material due to its excellent comprehensive performance.However,there are many side reactions,high production costs,and poor performance issues in the current synthesis and production process.Therefore,how to further reduce side reactions,reduce production costs,and improve reaction conditions while ensuring the same performance as current plastics,It has become crucial to gain widespread market recognition.Using succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol as raw materials and under the catalysis of self-made catalyst,the synthesis of polybutylene succinate was carried out on a 10 L pilot plant by direct esterification method.The effects of esterification temperature,alcohol-acid ratio,polycondensation temperature and vacuum degree on the properties and control process of PBS products were investigated.The optimal process conditions were obtained through experiments:esterification temperature 170℃,alcohol-acid ratio 1.0∶1.3,polycondensation temperature 230℃,vacuum degree 50 Pa,provide technical support for the production of large units.
