摘要
钛合金材料由于具有高强度、低弹性模量和优良的耐腐蚀性,在石油工业中常被作为油井管的新材料来代替碳钢。从钛合金在油井管中的应用入手,综述了其力学性能和钛合金钻杆、油套管抗腐蚀性能的研究进展,并对比了石油工业中常用的几种碳钢材料与钛合金的疲劳寿命。同时,讨论了添加金属元素与优化制造工艺这两方面因素对钛合金抗腐蚀性能的影响。最后,提出了钛合金在实际生产应用过程中可能面临的问题。
Titanium alloy is often used as a new material to replace carbon steel for oil country tubular goods(OCTG)in petroleum industry because of its high strength,low elastic modulus and excellent corrosion resistance.Starting from the application of titanium alloy in OCTG in petroleum industry,this paper reviews the research progress of its mechanical properties and corrosion properties in titanium alloy drill pipe and oil casing,and compares the fatigue life of several carbon steel materials and titanium alloy commonly used in petroleum industry.At the same time,the effects of adding metal elements and optimizing manufacturing process on corrosion resistance of titanium alloy were discussed.Finally,the possible problems in the actual production and application of titanium alloys are presented.
