整理、归纳企业财务管理和核算相关业务环节,展开系统化的评估与分析,进而掌握与了解不同业务环节的特点与性质,将其视为重要参考依据来评估财务机器人的适应性以及相关等级。结合适用性等级排序大小将财务机器人适用于适用性等级超过中级及以上的业务环节之中。设计包括财务机器人在内的企业财务管理系统以及核算系统,通过合理使用网络爬虫等技术对子系统内部目标网页文件进行收集,分析与整理数据,获取对应的参考依据,将其及时上传到管理与核算子系统之中,在该系统中进行自动化、系统化财务管理与核算处理。研究结果表明,此种方式可以清楚核算出大量存在差异性的数据,明显提高企业财务管理与核算的工作质量。

This paper sorts out and summarizes the related business links of enterprise fi nancial management and fi nancial accounting,and carries out systematic evaluation and analysis,so as to master and understand the characteristics and properties of diff erent business links.The links are regarded as an important reference basis to evaluate the adaptability and relevant levels of fi nancial robots.On this basis,the fi nancial robot is applicable to the business links where the applicability level is above the intermediate level or above.The management system and accounting system involving fi nancial robot in enterprise fi nance can be designed with the rational use of web crawler technology through the following ways:obtaining corresponding reference basis by collecting,analyzing and sorting out the data in the subsystem internal target web fi le,timely uploading the data to the management and accounting subsystem,and taking systematic fi nancial management and accounting processing in the system.The research results show that this method can clearly calculate a large number of different data,and can significantly improve the quality of enterprise financial management and accounting work.
