现今,绿色、低碳、节能已成为建筑业的新风向,建筑能效提升已成为我国实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的关键一环。医院作为能源消耗量较大的公共建筑,其节能改造备受关注。文章针对合同能源管理模式下的医院建筑节能改造情况,探讨了在这种合作模式下如何建立有效的激励机制,包括原则、目标、设计、优化等。

Now,green,low-carbon and energy saving has become a new trend in the construction industry,and building energy efficiency improvement has become a key link in our country's realization of the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality".As a public building with large energy consumption,hospitals have attracted much attention for their energy-saving renovation.It discusses how to establish an effective incentive mechanism under this cooperation mode,aiming at the energy-saving renovation of hospitals under the contract energy management model,including principles,objectives,design,optimization,etc.
