This paper takes the project of Party building in the outpatient department of Shanghai Proton Heavy Ion Hospital and the construction of outpatient brand as an example,explores and creates a distinctive outpatient brand construction,analyzes the value of in-depth integration of Party building and outpatient work,and provides exchanges and references for promoting the integration of party building in public hospitals.
