海上油田机采井故障原因分析及应对措施

摘要 海上油田机采井占生产井总井数92%,机采井故障会增加修井成本,这不仅造成桶油操作成本上升,而且耽误油田正产生产,影响产能。机采井故障原因分析是一项复杂的系统工程,整个过程包括井况条件、产品质量、施工作业、运维维护等方面。系统分析了海上油田机采井故障的原因和降低故障率的应对措施,对海上油田进一步提升维护能力、降低操作成本具有重要借鉴意义。 Offshore oilfield artificial lifting accounts for 92%of the total number of production wells,production well failure will increase the cost of workover,which not only causes the barrel oil operation cost to rise,but also delays the production of the oilfield and affects the production capacity.The failure rate analysis of artificial lifting well is a complex system engineering,and the whole process includes pump design,procurement,construction operations,daily operation and maintenance,etc.The causes of well artificial lifting well failure and methods to reduce the failure rate of offshore oilfield machines are systematically analyzed,which has reference significance for further improving maintenance capabilities and reducing operating costs in oilfields.
