超深井双封隔器解卡打捞技术研究与应用

摘要 文章分析了塔河油田超深井双封隔器解封失效的原因及主要影响因素,找出解封打捞技术难点,提出了提高超深井双封隔器打捞成功率技术对策,通过提拉法和注磁法确定出卡点位置,优选出打捞工具,优化了打捞工艺及施工工序,配套应用了油管切割、钻磨铣配合打捞处理封隔器的方式,提高了打捞成功率。现场成功应用两口井,节约了打捞时间,降低了施工费用,实施后油井见到好的生产效果。 This paper analyzes the causes and main influencing factors of unsealing failure of double packers in ultra-deep Wells in Tahe Oilfield,finds out technical difficulties in unsealing andfishing,and puts forward technical countermeasures to improve the success rate of fishing of double packers in ultra-deep Wells.By means of lifting method and magnetic injection method,the sticking point is determined,fishing tools are selected,and fishing technology and construction process are optimized.The tubing cutting,drilling,milling andfishing treatment packer are used to improve the success rate of fishing.Two Wells were successfully used on site,saving fishing time and reducing construction costs,and good production results were achieved after implementation.
