摘要
利用ON736氧氮分析仪,在惰性气体环境中测定钒氮合金中的高含量氮。通过优化各分析条件,选择合适的助熔剂、改变称样量、调整分析功率等,建立了钒氮合金中高含量氮的脉冲加热惰性气体熔融-热导法。该法简便、快速、准确,在实际生产分析中取得了较好的效果。
High nitrogen content in vanadium-nitrogen alloy was determined by ON736 oxygen-nitrogen analyzer in inert gas environment.By optimizing the analysis conditions,selecting the appropriate fluxes,changing the weight of sample and adjusting the analysis power,the pulse heating inert gas fusion-thermal conductivity method for high nitrogen content in va⁃nadium nitrogen alloy was established.This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and has achieved good results in actual production analysis.
