弹体送料控制系统设计

摘要 针对弹药装配行业危险系数高不便于人工操作的现状,设计了一款自动输送弹体给下一装药单元的送料控制系统,该系统采用X、Y、Z直角坐标系方案,X和Y方向采用两个伺服电机实现精确定位每一颗弹体的位置,Z方向采用气缸升降和气爪完成抓取和放料动作。为节约成本和提高国产化率,该系统采用国产英威腾伺服驱动器。应用结果表明,该系统能够实现高效连续地自动化抓料和放料任务,提高了弹药装配送料环节的安全性。 In view of the fact that the Dangerous Coefficient of ammunition assembly industry is too high to be operated manually,this paper designs a feeding control system which automatically delivers the projectile body to the lower charging unit.The system adopts X,Y,Z cartesian coordinate system scheme,in X and Y direction,two servomotors are used to locate the position of each projectile body accurately.In Z direction,the cylinder lifting and air pawl are used to grasp and release the material.In order to save the cost and improve the localization rate,the system uses the home-made Yingweiteng servo driver.The application results show that the system can realize high-efficient and continuous automatic grasping and discharging tasks,and improve the safety of ammunition assembling and feeding links.
