一种具有温度补偿功能的电感器电流检测电路

摘要 利用电感器直流电阻检测电流以减小I2R功率损耗。然而,电感器铜线绕组的电阻随温升而增大,降低了电流检测的准确度。设计的电源控制器集成温度补偿模块,将基于负温度系数温敏电阻器的温度补偿电路的检测信号,通过有源钳位的方式实现25°C~85°C温度范围内的线性补偿,线性相关指数为0.9987,补偿误差小于3.9%。 This paper utilized the inductor's direct current resistance to measure its current to reduce I2R power loss.However,the resistivity of inductor's copper coil increases with temperature,reducing the current measurement accuracy.The designed power controller integrated a temperature compensation module.By an active clamp of signal from the temperature compensation circuitry based on a negative temperature coefficient thermistor,the temperature compensation is realized linearly between 25°C and 85°C with a correlation of 0.9959 and an error less than 3.9%.
