四开关Buck-Boost变换器软开关设计及实现

Design and Implementation of Soft Switch for Four-switch Buck-Boost Converter

摘要 针对四开关Buck-Boost变换器工作在Buck和Boost两种工作模式相互切换时,存在变换器工作盲区的问题,首先分析FSBB变换器工作原理,采用软开关技术控制策略,提出FSBB变换器软开关的软件设计思路,采用PWM移相控制方法,进行方案设计、原理分析、控制设计、系统仿真。样机验证结果表明,与传统的Buck-Boost变换器相比,该方案能在全输入电压范围实现MOS管软开通和软关断,系统具有输入输出同极性、开关管电压应力低、工作效率高、效率高达97%的优点,具有较高的应用价值。 When the four-switch buck-boost converter(FSBB)circuit switches between the two operation modes of Buck and Boost,the problem of blind zone of converter performance occurs.The control strategy of FSBB converter using soft switch technology is analyzed in depth,and the software design idea of FSBB converter soft switch is put forward in this paper.The PWM phase-shift control method is adopted for scheme design,principle analysis,control design and system simulation.The prototype verification results show that compared with the traditional Buck-Boost converter,this scheme can realize the soft turn-on and soft turn-off of MOS transistor in the full input voltage range.The system has the advantages of input and output homopolarity,low voltage stress of switch,high working efficiency,and efficiency up to 97%,and has good application value.
