摘要
针对南宁卷烟厂原先使用的软化水设备采用多功能平面集成阀进行集成控制,在长时间使用过程中,因平面集成阀体内部密封件老化,硬水与软水相窜,导致软水水质硬度指标不稳定,此外该设备缺乏软水在线监测功能,存在无法及时发现水质硬度超标的风险。项目拟拆除南宁卷烟厂软化水设备原有多功能平面集成阀和水路管道,将水路管道改造后安装电动控制阀,在每套钠离子交换器软化水出口管道增加一台水质硬度监测仪,对出水水质进行实时监控,同时对软化水设备的控制系统进行升级,实现对钠离子交换器的现场控制和远程全自动控制,并将相关运行数据上传至南宁卷烟厂现用的能源管理系统。
For Nanning Cigarette Factory used to soften the water equipment with multifunctional plane integrated valve for integrated control,in the long use process,because of the plane integrated valve body internal seal aging,hard water and soft water channel,resulting in the soft water hardness index is unstable.In addition,the equipment lack of soft water online monitoring function,there is a risk of not timely detection of water hardness exceed the standard.This project intends to remove the original multifunctional planar integrated valve and waterway pipe of Nanning Cigarette Factory's softening water equipment,install electric control valve after renovation of waterway pipe,add a water quality hardness monitor to each set of sodium ion exchanger softening water outlet pipe,so as to conduct real-time monitoring of effluent water quality,and upgrade the control system of softening water equipment.To realize the on-site control and remote automatic control of the sodium ion exchanger,and upload the relevant operation data to the current energy management system of Nanning Cigarette Factory.
