农业土地流转、农村产业融合与农民收入增长

Agricultural Land Transfer,Rural Industrial Integration and Farmers'Income Growth

基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据,运用面板门槛模型检验不同土地流转水平下农村产业融合增收效应的差异性,并在农民与产业的利益联结机制基础上运用中介效应和调节效应探讨土地流转、产业融合与农民收入之间的传导机制。研究显示:土地流转率通过了面板单门槛效应检验,跨越门槛值后农村产业融合的增收效应愈发显著;土地流转能够通过推动农村产业融合进而增加农民收入;土地流转与产业融合能够共同作用于农民收入。因此,要夯实三权分置制度基础,继续推进农村产业融合向更高水平发展。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020, the paper used the panel threshold model to test the differences of the income-increasing effect of rural industrial integration at different levels of land transfer. Then, based on the interest linkage mechanism, the paper further discussed the transmission mechanism among land transfer, industrial integration and farmers' income by applying the mediation effect and the regulatory effect. The results showed that, land transfer rate has passed the test of the panel single threshold effect. After crossing the threshold value, the income-increasing effect of rural industrial integration was more significant. Meanwhile, land transfer could increase farmers' income by promoting rural industrial integration. In addition, land transfer and industrial integration could jointly affect farmers' income. Therefore, it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of the three rights division system and constantly promote the deep development of rural industrial integration.
