摘要
劳动教育是新时代中国特色社会主义制度的重要内容之一,对培育时代新人、建设教育强国以及实现伟大民族复兴梦有着重大意义。目前高校的劳动教育面临存在着主体认知偏差、劳动教育机制不完善、内容指向不明、实施手段单一等诸多现实问题。在书院制育人模式改革背景下,挖掘书院制和劳动教育之间在理论逻辑上的契合点,有利于促进大学生全面发展,提升高校育人实效,落实立德树人根本任务。从培养正确劳动价值观、打造育人劳动共同体、建立评价体系、健全保障机制4个维度,探讨了高校劳动教育的创新方法及路径。
Labor education is one of the important contents of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and has great significance in cultivating people of the times,building the country with strong education power and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Currently,labor education in universities is facing many problems,such as subject cognitive bias,imperfect labor education mechanism,unclear content direction,and unitary method in implementation.In the context of reforming the educational model with academy system,it is of great necessity to explore the theoretical and logical convergence between the academy system and labor education,and innovate the methods and paths of labor education in universities from four dimensions,that is,cultivating correct values,creating an education community,establishing an evaluation system and perfecting the guarantee mechanism,which is conducive to the promotion of the all-around development of students,the enhancement of educational effectiveness in universities,and the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.
