女性缺血性脑卒中患者焦虑现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of anxiety status and influencing factors in female patients with ischemic stroke

目的分析女性缺血性脑卒中患者的焦虑现状及影响因素。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月山东省滨州市中心医院神经内科收治的320例缺血性脑卒中女性患者,使用焦虑自评量表分析焦虑现状,采用单因素、多因素logistic回归分析女性缺血性脑卒中患者合并焦虑的影响因素。结果320例缺血性脑卒中女性患者中,合并焦虑226例(70.63%);单因素分析显示,婚姻状况、睡眠状况自评量表评分、神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评分、日常自理能力Barthel指数是女性缺血性脑卒中患者合并焦虑的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,NIHSS评分是女性缺血性脑卒中合并焦虑的独立危险因素,婚姻状况为已婚和Barthel指数为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论女性缺血性脑卒中患者焦虑发生率较高,NIHSS评分是女性缺血性脑卒中合并焦虑的独立危险因素,婚姻状况为已婚及Barthel指数为保护因素。

Objective To analyze the anxiety status and influencing factors in female patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 320 female patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology,Binzhou Central Hospital of Shandong Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected.The self-rating anxiety scale was used to analyze the current status of anxiety.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety in female patients with ischemic stroke.Results Among 320 female patients with ischemic stroke,226 cases(70.63%)had anxiety.Univariate analysis showed that marital status,sleep self-rating scale score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and daily self-care ability Barthel index were the influencing factors of anxiety in female patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that NIHSS score was an independent risk factor for anxiety in female ischemic stroke patients,while married status and Barthel index were protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of anxiety in female patients with ischemic stroke is higher.NIHSS score is an independent risk factor for anxiety in female patients with ischemic stroke,while married status and Barthel index are protective factors.
